CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has accused PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal of possessing characteristics of a despotic ruler trying to push the country towards conflict. “He is trying to provoke the peaceful protests. His remarks are like those of a PM under a dictatorship system,” said Oli speaking at a press meet to appraise medias about the protest assembly scheduled by the opposition parties on January 6. Oli alleged that the government has been going against the constitution by running after minor issues rather than focusing on important task of constitution implementation and holding elections. “While taking oath, he [DahalPM ] said he won’t take part in inauguration programmes but is now busy in cutting ribbons with a bunch of his loyalists. He is putting the issues of election and development on the backburner,” said Oli. The former PM also claimed that the constitution amendment bill registered at the parliament was irrelevant and anti-national. “We have not allowed the bill in the parliament because some of the points are anti-national. The parliament will not endorse it,” he said. - See more at: http://www.lightnepalvdo.com/videos/its-futile-to-expecting-statute-implementation-from-pm-oli/#sthash.c8kUA0vk.dpuf
